How To Get Started

  1. 1. Take up to 27 digital pictures of your property. Or you can shoot film pictures of your home and have your lab process the pictures to a CD for uploading.

    For advice about the kind of pictures to shoot of your home, please refer to "Photo Advice" on our home page.

    Make sure that you limit your image quality and size to 320 x 240 to 1280 x 1024 in a basic mode. This will limit your image size to less than 100kb.

    This usually will be listed on your camera as “Basic” or “JPEG Basic.” Which is suitable for distribution by e-mail or use in web pages.

    There is an additional charge for pictures that are uploaded and have to be resized by FilmMyHouse.net staff. See the "rates" page under Menu on our Home page.
  2. Sign up for FilmMyHouse.net through the "Sign Me Up" page on our Home page or "register" on all pages under our banner title.
  3. Pay your listing fee.
  4. Upload your digital pictures from your computer to FilmMyHouse.net.
  5. It’s that easy.
